All Testing Services, Inc. (ATS) is a client service oriented inspection and testing firm located in Chambersburg, PA.  Our objective is to provide our clients with qualified, experienced, and conscientious construction inspectors and technicians.  ATS emphasis is on providing thorough and accurate reporting and results to our clients on a timely basis.  ATS recognizes the importance of precise record keeping with rapid records retrieval in the construction inspection and testing industry. 

 

ATS' construction services personnel are highly trained, certified, and have the experience to provide inspection and testing services for a wide range of construction projects. Using various techniques, we are able to provide clients with quantifiable results on the durability, strength, and characteristics of materials used to build structural elements. Inspections are performed on a wide variety of construction processes and materials, to confirm compliance with applicable codes and/or project specifications.
